Name: Teesdale

There is no commercial seed available for this variety.  TEESDALE was a true winter wheat, well suited to the longer growing season areas in Tasmania. Teesdale has high yield potential with excellent field characteristics. Teesdale is a relatively short, stiff-stawed cultivar that exhibits good all-round resistance to foliar diseases of wheat.

TEESDALE is subject to an EPR of $3.00/tonne (GST exclusive) payable on all grain produced.

Breeding:

TEESDALE has been bred by Nickerson Seeds Limited in France and initially trialled in Australia by GrainSearch.
